Few operations our size win in England and Dubai in the same twelve months. As the 2025–26 UAE season took shape, Al Leith Racing sat among the top five owners in the championship — the reward for a plan that sends our horses to summer on English turf and winter under the Meydan floodlights.
How the season was built
The foundations were laid in Yorkshire. Miss Yechance won on her debut at Redcar in May 2025 and added the stable's first stakes success in the EBF Restricted Novice Stakes at Catterick that July. When the string crossed to Dubai for the winter, the momentum crossed with it.
At the Dubai Racing Carnival she was sent off at 18/1 for the DP World Express Handicap and came home in front on the Meydan turf — a first Carnival winner for the silks. Al Leith Thunder, our Instagrand colt trained by Musabbeh Al Mheiri, won on the dirt on his only start to date and holds a UAE rating of 95.

The numbers
A 50% strike rate at the start of the season, with AED 432,800+ in prize money on the board, put the operation among the top five in the UAE Owners Championship — a remarkable position for a young stable racing against far larger strings.
The plan does not change: campaigns mapped across both hemispheres, the same silks carried from Yorkshire's summer turf to the Carnival at Meydan. The 2026–27 targets are already being written.
